TC Son's Drywall LLC ("we", "us") is a drywall and painting contractor based in Frederica, Delaware. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or contact us for a quote, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

When you fill in our quote form, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to send. That typically includes:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The town or address of the property
• The type of work you need, the size of the job and your timing
• Anything you write in the message field
• Photos or videos of the work area that you send us

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or search that sent you to us. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote
• To contact you about that quote and, if you hire us, about the job
• To schedule work and keep you updated on it
• To keep records of work performed, including job photographs
• To answer questions and handle any issues after a job is finished
• To improve the website and understand how people find us

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Text messages

We invite you to text photos of your project to us. If you text us, or if you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you are agreeing to receive messages from us about your quote and your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us, or HELP for assistance.

We use your number to talk to you about your project. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not give your number to anyone else to text you.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of outside services to run the business. They only receive what they need, and only to provide their service to us:

• Our website host and form provider, which receives and stores form submissions
• Our email and phone providers
• Website analytics, which sees technical visit data
• Our accountant, insurer or legal advisers, where a job requires it
• Anyone we are required to share with by law, court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it functioning and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted. Records for completed jobs — including quotes, invoices and job photographs — are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax, insurance and legal purposes.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website, email or text message is completely secure, so please don't send us anything highly sensitive, such as payment card numbers or identification documents, through the website form or by text.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including in Delaware. To make a request, use the contact details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top of the page.
