These terms cover your use of the TC Son's Drywall LLC website and any quote you request through it. They are not the agreement for the work itself — that is a separate document you sign before a job begins. By using this site, you accept these terms.

Quotes and estimates

A price we give you from photographs, a description, or a phone call is an estimate. It is based on what we can see and what you have told us, and it is not a binding offer.

• Estimates are subject to confirmation once we see the work in person
• Conditions found after work starts — hidden water damage, mold, failed framing, asbestos or lead in older finishes — may change the price and the schedule
• Any change to the price will be agreed with you in writing before we carry out the additional work
• Unless the quote says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days

Scheduling

We give a start date and a finish date and we work to hold them. Weather, material availability, conditions found on site, and the schedule of other trades working on the property can move a date. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we know.

Photographs of our work

The photographs on this site show work we have carried out, unless they are clearly presented as illustrative examples. Every property is different. A photo of a finished job is not a promise that your job will look identical, and materials, textures, lighting and existing conditions all affect the result.

We may photograph work we perform for our own records and, with your permission, for our website and social media. We will ask before publishing a photograph of your property.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:

• Copy, republish or resell any part of the site or its content
• Use the site to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact details

We keep the site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or error-free. Descriptions of services, materials and methods are general. Nothing here is construction, engineering or legal advice for your particular property.
