Less than you're picturing. We use a dustless sanding system that pulls the compound dust at the sander instead of letting it settle on everything you own. Floors get covered, furniture gets wrapped, and we hang plastic to seal the work area off from the rest of the house. The room gets swept before we leave for the day.
Yes — knockdown, orange peel, and smooth. Texture matching is the difference between a repair you can't find and a repair everyone notices, so we test the match on a scrap piece first and hold it up against your wall before touching the actual patch.
Always, and in writing. For most repairs you can text a photo and we'll price it from that, usually the same day. Larger jobs get an on-site visit. Either way you'll have a written number within 24 hours and there's no obligation attached to it.
We're based in Frederica and work across all of Delaware and some parts of Maryland as well. If you're unsure if we service your aera, just call and ask. Depending on the job it's often still worth the drive.
We answer most enquiries within 12 hours. Small repairs can usually be fitted in within the week; larger work depends on what's already booked. When we give you a start date we hold it, and if something moves you'll get a call rather than a no-show.
